Superior Real Estate Media provides real estate photography services including, but not limited to, professional listing photos, drone/aerial imagery, 360° virtual tours, and related digital media for marketing residential and commercial properties. Additional services such as virtual staging, editing, and marketing assets may also be offered.

2. Booking and Payments

All appointments are scheduled via text, email, or live chat. By booking a service, you agree to pay the agreed-upon fee. In some cases, we may offer split payments, including the option to defer a portion of the payment until the property closes. Payment links are provided via Square or other approved platforms. Services may be withheld or delayed until payments are received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. In case of inclement weather or unforeseen issues, we may reschedule appointments without penalty to either party.

4. Media Use and Licensing

All media content provided by Superior Real Estate Media is licensed for use by the client (typically a real estate agent or property owner) for the purpose of marketing the property photographed. Ownership of media remains with Superior Real Estate Media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Media may not be resold, transferred, or reused for other properties without permission.

5. Turnaround Time and Revisions

Standard turnaround time is typically within 24–48 hours after the photoshoot, unless otherwise specified. One round of minor edits may be requested at no additional cost. Additional edits may be subject to additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is ready for photography at the scheduled time. This includes cleaning, staging, and securing pets or occupants. If the property is not ready, we reserve the right to reschedule or proceed as-is at the client’s request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Superior Real Estate Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or media. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the related service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our Site or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
